The Christmas Parade in Pinedale, Wyoming is one of those small-town traditions that brings everyone together—and this year, I got to experience it from a whole new perspective. Conor and his team at DynaMck Construction & Designspent days building their parade float, and watching their work come to life reminded me why I love this community so much.

Behind the Scenes: Building a Float with DynaMck Construction
Conor has been part of DynaMck Construction in Pinedale, Wyoming for two years, helping owner Cody McKinney bring custom home designs to life. This crew is talented, hardworking, and deeply connected—each person bringing a skill that makes the whole team stronger.
Seeing them work on their Pinedale Christmas Parade float was a glimpse into the same care they put into building homes. The teamwork, laughter, and pride in every detail showed exactly why this company is so loved in the community.

Waiting for the Parade to Begin
Once the float was ready, we headed to the parade meeting point. While we waited, the crew relaxed, joked around, and enjoyed the energy of the evening. I took a few photos of them in those candid moments—pictures that say more about friendship and unity than any posed shot ever could.

The Christmas Parade Lights Up Pinedale
The parade started at 5:30 p.m., just after sunset, giving the floats the perfect backdrop. As soon as the first float rolled down Main Street, families stepped out of their cars and kids pressed forward in excitement.
The Pinedale, Wyoming Christmas Parade is small but full of heart, creativity, and homegrown pride. Each float had its own charm and community story behind it.

The Heart of Christmas
In all the excitement, I was reminded of the true meaning of Christmas:
Christ came into the world with purpose—to save us, love us, and teach us to trust God.
No matter how busy the season becomes, moments like this bring everything back to the heart of why we celebrate.
