Boulder Creek Morning: A Sacred Pause in Nature’s Flow
Boulder Creek glimmered like a fleeting dream, each icy ripple a reminder that some beauty can only be captured, never held.
The first snow of the season had draped Boulder Creek in a delicate veil, softening the rocks and turning the creek into a silver ribbon of light. Every step crunched under our boots, a rhythm that made the forest feel alive, breathing alongside us. Cold air kissed my cheeks, and I inhaled the crisp scent of snow and pine, feeling a chill that always signals the presence of something sacred. God’s light filtered through the bare trees, scattering across the water and freezing droplets, creating a glow that made the ordinary extraordinary.
As I framed the shot, I felt time slipping—the creek’s flow, the snow’s delicate edges, the fleeting glow of sunlight—everything impermanent yet captured forever through the lens.
