Fremont Peak: A View From Heaven
You can spend a lifetime exploring Wyoming and still miss the view that makes you stop and thank God.
One unforgettable day, my friend Nathan gave me the chance to fly above Wyoming’s Wind River Range, and from the air, Fremont Peak looked completely different. The rugged ridges stretched beneath me, sunlight spilled across the mountains, and the vast Wyoming landscape seemed to go on forever. Even from above, I could almost imagine the cold mountain air and the silence surrounding those peaks.
There was something deeply humbling about seeing these mountains from that perspective. For a moment, everything felt still. No noise. No rush. Just the mountains, the light, and the incredible reminder that God created something far bigger than any of us.
That is why this photograph means so much to me. It captures more than Fremont Peak—it holds a memory of wonder, freedom, and a moment I never want to forget
