She noticed us the moment we parked, but kept munching while I got my camera ready. When I finally lifted it, she turned and offered me a view of her backside, half-hidden behind the sagebrush. Apparently, she had her own ideas about the photo.
Mindful of her space, I shifted my position to see her more clearly. She moved uphill and continued eating. Then, suddenly, she lifted her head.
We stared at each other.
For a few heartbeats, everything else seemed to fall away. My heart raced as I held still, breathing slowly and praying for calm. Conor made a little noise with the engine, but my attention stayed fixed on her. Eventually, she returned to her meal, leaving me to catch my breath.
I couldn’t know what she was thinking, but I knew how deeply the encounter had moved me. I left with gratitude to the Lord and a renewed respect for the wildness of His creation.
This pillow carries the memory of that unforgettable gaze into your home, a little Wyoming wonder from a moment that stayed with me long after we drove away.

Esther GrimmesThe picture is adorable and very clear. It is printed on both sides, the pillow is nice and plump, and there is an invisible zipper at the bottom for easy cleaning. This inquisitive squirrel has been carried all over the house and my kids keep fighting over where he should live. This is the most loved home decor purchase I’ve made in quite a while! This is a beautiful example of Wyoming wildlife photography and would make a lovely souvenir or gift.
Karla BirdThese beautiful photographs produced on throw pillows sure brighten my living room. AND if I ever move away from Wyoming (not Likely) I can bring these images with me.
Thoughtfully Made for Your Home.
