Unique Wildlife Tote Bag: Waiting at the pond’s edge for something to show up. Finally, I saw this muskrat floating near the border. I knew I had to lay on the ground for a good photo. So I set up the tripod as low as the ground and lay down. Meantime my friend was taking sun before he started the day.

When he woke up, he was on a mission. He was going to the shore, cleaning himself, and going for grass. He was picky with the grass. He grabbed it with his hands and cut it with his teeth, stuffing it into its mouth, and then went back to the water. Seeing him swimming like that was hilarious. You could see more of the grass than the muskrat. It dived and was underwater for like 10 minutes. Every time he popped up again, he was without grass on his mouth. And he repeated the same routine for around 2 hours.

I was fascinated with him. I have no idea what he was doing underwater, but I think he was fixing his home. It was so lovely to spend my morning with him.
