One afternoon, while exploring the far side of Shadow Mountain, I found a viewpoint that stopped me in my tracks. I knew the light wasn't right yet, but I could almost picture what God would do with it at sunrise.

The next morning, we woke long before daylight and hiked back through the cool mountain air. The scent of pine surrounded us, the world was quiet, and every step felt filled with anticipation. Then it happened. The first light reached the Tetons, covering the peaks in soft shades of pink, as if Heaven itself had gently brushed color across the mountains. In that moment, I couldn't help but thank God for allowing us to witness such beauty.
