Winter Deer Notebook | Unexpected Blessings

An unexpectedly mild Wyoming winter opened the way to lakes we usually can’t reach without a snow machine. With little snow sticking around, we took the opportunity to explore and search for deer. We found a massive herd, and I happily settled into photographing them.
Meanwhile, Levon, my puppy, had other plans.
When I glanced back at the truck, all I could see was his little backside sticking up as he investigated things I didn’t even remember keeping in there. He wanted out, and apparently patience wasn’t on his agenda.
I came home with beautiful deer photographs and a truck that needed a thorough cleaning. By the end of the day, I had both lovely pictures and a clean truck. I’m calling that a win.
This notebook carries a little of that Wyoming adventure into your everyday life. Fill its dotted pages with unexpected blessings, grateful prayers, and the funny little stories you’ll be glad you wrote down. Sometimes God’s gifts come with a beautiful view. Sometimes they come with a mess to clean up and a memory worth keeping.
